All orders on xuast.com are shipped for free within the contiguous United States. You may always pay extra to have your items arrive faster. You must select the free shipping option at checkout.

If you find the item that you have purchased from us within 30 days of purchase available-for-sale from a reputable outlet including shipping, we will match and beat that price by 5%. Certain restrictions do apply when we price match a competitors website. eBay auctions, Craigslist advertisements, and none authorized U.S. dealers are not eligible for price guarantee requests. Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, color and year (if applicable). International Shipping
Yes, we do ship internationally. But international orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing
Most orders are usually picked packed and shipped within the same business day if placed before noon. You will get an email from us once your order is placed successfully and another email once your order is shipped. There will also be tracking provided in your order shipped email.

Order Hold or Cancellations

Xuast.com reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. We do this to protect our customers and provide a safe shopping experience.

Sales Tax
As required by law, orders shipping to California are subject to applicable sales tax. Orders shipping to any other US state will not be charged sales tax.

Hassle-Free Returns
Xuast.com gives our customers the unique experience of shopping with a piece of mind. That means if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item back to us for a full refund. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit. All return items must be new and unworn, in the original box and shipping material, with all original tags, labels and protective film. All purchases may be returned for an exchange one time. You must obtain tracking for all merchandise to be returned back to us. Once the item is received back in stock and inspected by our warehouse personnel, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

What is new condition?
Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike and do no remove the protective film visor to try on for fitment.

Will I be charged for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense(Non-Refundable), using the carrier of your choice. But you must obtain a tracking number and adequate insurance for your returns.

Warranty Returns
Many of the brands we carry offer a warranty period which covers against manufacturer defects after the product has been used or worn. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item or brand, contact customer service.
